The rings are in whole sizes, however there are semi adjustable. Some rings have thinner or thicker bands so they can be a bit different to adjust. I can size them up for you in my shop if you let me know when you order!
Adjustable rings should not be bent back and forth a lot as it weakens the metal and could potentially break.
